Educational resources

The Kansas Beef Council is pleased to offer highly qualified, peer-reviewed educational materials to Kansas teachers. These materials are made available by the beef checkoff, which is funded by Kansas cattlemen and cattle women to fund beef education, promotion and research programs. 

These resources are free for Kansas teachers. Some materials may be downloaded and reproduced. Educators living outside Kansas may contact their State Beef Council for guidelines specific to their state.
